Vegetables are grown in two green houses, one uses raised beds only for early production, one is direct planting in grownd, drip irrigatiin to conserve water, organic mulches used to help build soils, maintain mostiure and help control weeds. Small strip gardens that are planted on a rotation of crops and a large pumpkin patch.
