A goat dairy selling value add goat milk products from our small herd of rare Guernsey Goats. Our artisanal products include cheese, goat cheese salad dressings and vegetable dips. Our small batch goat milk soaps are made with only natural fragrances and no artificial colors. We also raise heritage breed Tamworth and Mangalista pigs raised in the forests, orchard and fed on whey from our cheese operation. Our choices are based on optimizing flavor of our products and we believe that raising animals as free and natural makes happy animals and better-tasting products. Our product offerings are expanding to include aged goat cheese and cured meats to complete the cheese/meat plate.
