We are a small farm growing a variety of heirloom apples that we sell via Rosemont Market. We no longer do a CSA and as of 2020 will be selling our eggs, flowers, and Silvery Moon Creamery Cheeses at the Gorham Farm Stand run by Findview Farm. We practice responsible, traditional farming techniques, including building and maintaining healthy soils that will produce high-quality, local food for the surrounding community. Our methods include composting, mulching, crop rotation, cover-cropping, and plant row covers. We practice Integrated Pest Management which means any pesticide used is an absolute last resort and is applied by a State licensed applicator. Most of the crops we grow do not require pesticides. We are growing the widest possible selection of food that we can on one acre, including: Heritage apples, beans, beets, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cantaloupe, cauliflower, celeriac, chard, cucumbers, eggplant, eggs, flowers (glads, zinnias, dahlias, sunflowers), garlic, greens, herbs, kale, leeks, lettuce, onions, parsley, peppers, potatoes, pumpkins, radishes, rhubarb, scallions, shallots, squash (summer, winter, ornamental), strawberries, tomatoes, turnips.
