Olson Farms is a family owned micro-farm specializing in organic native and exotic mushrooms year-round and seasonal produce offerings. Shiitake, Oyster, Lions Mane and Chestnut mushrooms are available for direct sale to local restaurants. Mushrooms are harvested fresh on the day of delivery.
