Produced Maine maple syrup since 1999. We are a father/Son team and now have two other children helping. We have 3000 taps all on leased property. We produce approximately 500 +/- gallons of syrup per year. We are always trying to upgrade our systems in the production of syrup. We are becoming more efficient as the years come and go in the production of "sweet gold". We make many other maple syrup products and are learning new ideas each year.
